Why are you here?

It starts before we choose the location.

A Pawtrait session starts with a short call. I want to understand your dog’s character, your relationship and what you want the photographs to remind you of.

Some people want to be in the frame. Some prefer the focus to stay completely on the dog. Some dogs need movement, some need space and some need a little time before they stop performing and start being themselves.

That shapes the location, timing, rhythm and pace of the session. It helps me understand what you need before we decide where to go, when to slow down and what kind of photographs will feel right afterwards.

Let's plan your session

What matters to you,
matters to me.

Pawtraits

The feeling comes first.

Some sessions need movement. Some need patience. Some need both. I look for the small things that make your dog yours, not just the poses that make them look good.

Tell me what brought you here.

This will help me understand what you need, what we should plan for and what kind of photographs will feel right afterwards.
